Frenchy's Origional Cafe
Often called "The Original", "Frenchy's Cafe" opened its doors in 1981. From the start, Frenchy and his partner Pete and their friends worked together creating, cooking, and washing dishes. The goal was to give birth to a restaurant with casual atmosphere and the freshest seafood possible.
The Original HOOTERS
A place to gather and quench your thirst for the finer things in life. What else brings a gleam to men's eyes everywhere besides beer, chicken wings, and an occasional winning football season? Hooters of course. Supposedly the owners are into owls.
Frenchy's Saltwater Cafe
Each of Frenchy's three restaurants has it's own unique charm and signature dishes. Frenchy's Saltwater Cafe was inspired by the "Original Cafe" in March 1989. Lines were growing "down the block" to get into the Original Cafe. The Saltwater opened to keep up with demand for Frenchy's unique style of fresh seafood.
Frenchy's Seafood Co.
The inspiration and backbone to the success for all of Frenchy's restaurants is the freshest seafood available. In 1983, Frenchy decided not to depend upon others for fresh fish and bought his own boat. Years later, Frenchy's Seafood Company has a fleet of commercial fishing boats that provide the freshest Florida Seafood to all of Frenchy's restaurants.

The Garden

Salt Rock Grill
The Salt Rock Grill is about burning passion for delectable food, enticing drink and pleasurable surroundings... The first Indians and early settlers to arrive here were driven by similar appetite... Mostly fishermen, they camped along shores lined with huge saltrock boulders. While the sun was melting into the Gulf, big crackling fires were built in open pits made of piled saltrock... All gathered around for a grilled feast that lasted well into the evening... This old beach tradition is legendary, and it´s still on fire at the Salt Rock Grill - plus, no mosquitoes...

Frenchy's Rockaway Grill
Frenchy went to a bigger venture with "Frenchy's Rockaway Grill", a remodeled beach front restaurant which opened in November of 1991. Rockaway Grill is located right on the white sandy Clearwater Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
